Roberto De Lotto, Engineer, PhD, is Associate Professor of Urban Planning in the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture of the University of Pavia.
He is Member of the Editorial Board of the ISI Journal of Urban Planning and Development (ASCE) and he is also Associate Editor.
