The Regional Law 18/2019 brings significant changes to the Regional Laws 12/2005 and 31/2014 by increasing the importance of interventions aimed at urban and territorial regeneration. It concerns areas, buildings, defining them as priority actions to reduce soil consumption, improve the functional, environmental and landscape quality of territories and settlements, as well as the socio-economic conditions of the population.
